Procurement & Logistics Manager

Our Client is Seeking To Employ A Procurement & Logistics Manager To Join Their Team .The incumbent Should Be A Team Player, Who Can Clearly And Efficiently Communicate With Our Client’s Field Technicians And Management.

Duties & Responsibilities;
Schedule Standard Installation And Maintenance Jobs With Field Technicians
Manage The Full Dispatch For Ad Hoc Emergency Call-Outs
Plan The Procurement Of Required Hardware And Accessories Per Job
Formulate Detailed Procurement Items And Travel Budgets Per Job For Approval
Place And Manage Orders With Local And International Suppliers
Be On Top Of Our Existing Inventory And Stock
Handle All Communication And Issues Associated With Moving People Or Parts Across The Country

QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Information Technology (IT) with a minimum of five years of work experience in
an IT role. Previous exposure to wireless networking is a plus.
Fluent in written and spoken English
Stable power supply and back-up in home office
A strong and solution-orientated communicator, who is able to manage interdependent
timelines, budgets, procurement items and logistics of several jobs in parallel
Ability to make confident ad hoc decisions and adjustments to changing circumstances;
remain cool-headed under pressure.
