Leads The Overall Manufacturing Strategy, Planning, And Operations For The Organization
Develops And Incorporates Solid Operational Safety, Regulatory Compliance Quality Assurance And Control Policies Programs Into All Manufacturing Processes
Adopts Process Designs, Technologies, And Methods That Maximize Operational Efficiency
Directs And Participates In Workforce Labor Relations, Negotiations And Planning Activities
Forecast Resources For Facilities, Equipment, Materials, Technology, And Workforce To Ensure Sufficient Manufacturing Capacity To Support Business Goals
Qualifications And Experience
Must Have At Least 8 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role
Must Have Bachelor’s Degree In Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Manufacturing Management, Or a Related Field
Role Will Be Based In Harare With Frequent Travel To Bulawayo Plants
