The Membership Secretary will report to the Registrar. Incumbent must have the ability to work independently to tight deadlines, multi-task and work under pressure and have strong Interpersonal and personal organisational skills. Incumbent must have a degree in Business Administration/Management or related discipline and have at least 3 years working experience in administration, public relations and customer care roles. Highly motivated, energetic and self-starters who are able to drive results are encouraged to apply.

 Administration of the membership applications.
 Maintenance of membership database.
 Attending to member queries.
 Production of Membership Reports.
 Meetings Administration.
 Planning of events/seminars for the department.
