Our Client In The Medical Field Is Looking To Employ An Administrator. The Candidate Shall Oversee The Operations And Growth Of The Business.
Duties and Responsibilities
Drives sales and performance of business
Researches and identifies prospective customer base
Engages in client relationship management initiatives for client retention
Liaises with Legal department for Service Level Agreement on the engagement of customers and partners, prepares monthly sales and retention reports
Liaises with Finance on the payment of sales and debt collection in line with service level agreements
Segments (Corporates/Pharmacies, Hospitals, Clinics) and develops approaches for sales plans and submits it to the managing director
Monitors and reviews customer performance through feedback, sales report and recommends mitigatory measures to the Managing Director
Monitors the sales levels of Pharmacies/ Pharmaceuticals and ensure adequate availability of stock across distribution channels
Analyses stock movement trends, disease trends and creates stock orders/requests using analysis results
Develops and updates Standard Operating Procedures for the Pharmacy and submits to the Head- Pharmaceutical Services for approval
Confirms resources, CAPEX and OPEX requirements and finalizes the Budget and submits this to the Managing Director for approval
Maintain targets for operational efficiencies including service levels for all staff members
Ensure inventory accuracy of storage and movement
Managed import activities overseeing the compliance requirements
Overseas inventory transactions including ordering, receiving, batching and stroring as well as sales
Oversees fulfillment operations- Sales, Marketing, Administration by gatekeeping daily reports and analysis
Generation of relevant reports
Management of projects
Stewardship of Business assets
Overseeing supervision of the warehouse
Managing supply chain
Education and Experience
Business or Pharmacy Degree
MBA is an added advantage
Pharmaceutical and business experience is a must
A minimum of 5 years experience in supply chain/ distribution/ operations
High preference of procurement and logistics experience
