Assistant Brand Managers x2 (Harare and Mutare)

Our Client Is Seeking An Experienced And Vibrant Assistant Brand Manager To Join Their Team. The Brand Manager Is To Be Responsible For Ensuring That All Brand Associated With The Organizations Are Visible In The Market, Conduct Survey's To Ensure Brand Awareness Is Achieved As Well As Managing Brand Ambassadors And Supervisors In The Field. Ideal Incumbent Must Have A Marketing or Business Studies degree, IMM will be an Added Advantage, At least 2-3 years’ experience in the marketing field, Good management skills and The Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders and particular customers.

Key responsibilities:
• Category and brand portfolio management.
• Idea generation and Innovation.
• Preparing and implementing annual brand operational plans and effective
brand communication with external and internal clients.
• Developing and ensuring correct use of the marketing tool kit to safeguard
brand presentation consistency.
• Developing new markets, products, services, and their delivery to customers.
• Working closely with Research companies and Advertising agencies.
• Facilitating efficient resolution of customer service issues.
• Conceptualizing and implementing launches and PR events
