Our Client is currently looking for Stockfeeds Branch Managers to join their team. The incumbent will be responsible to critically plan, direct and coordinate production activities in order to achieve production efficiencies.
Requirements
*The candidate should have a Degree in related field
* Atleast 3 yrs of technical experience in Agriculture
*A professional qualification will be an added advantage
*Excellent organizational skills
*Ability to manage people costs effectively
*Understanding of key levers to drive people productivity
*Demonstrate a broad appreciation of talent management and discipline mechanisms
*Ability to implement cost management mechanisms
Ability To Statistically Review / Interpret Trends / Liaise
