The Retail Technical Support Position Will Be Responsible For, Inter Alia:
Provide Technical Support To Customers.
Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Veterinary Officers And District Or Communal Animal Health And Agritex Officers.
To Grow Daily, Weekly, Monthly Non-Feed Sales In Allocated Regions And To Continually Liaise With The Category And Marketing Team To Ensure Each Customer Promotions, Needs And Wants Are Satisfied.
Participate And Market All Shop Openings, Birthday Promos And All Other Promotions.
Attend Field Days And Agricultural Shows In The Allocated Region.
Training Branch Staff On Product Knowledge
To Achieve New Business Development Agreed Targets - In Terms Of New Customer Acquisition And Retention Of Existing Customers.
The Candidate Should Meet The Following Minimum Requirements:
Degree Or Diploma In Animals Science / Veterinary Services Or Related Field(s)
Clean Class 4 Drivers License
Clean And Positive Track-Record.
Minimum Of Three (3) Year Working Experience In A Similar Role.
