The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for leading and directing the Institute so that it achieves its objectives. As the most senior position, the CEO is responsible for the strategic leadership of the Institute to ensure its relevance, credibility and viability.

1. Strategy
2. Financial and Operational activities
3. Human Resources
4. Secretarial and Statutory Measures
5. Advocacy and Stakeholder Relations
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
University degree, postgraduate in Administration
More than 3 years administration of membership organization at senior level.
Ability to think strategically and self-direct.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
