Our Client In The FMCG Sector Is Looking To Hire A Regional Manager to Join Their Team. The Incumbent's Main Responsibility Will Be To Establish And Efficiently Manage And Run The Day-to-Day Operations of the Mutare Depot.
Duties and Responsibilities
.To set up and develop standard operating procedures for the depot.
Conduct and manage depot stock take (daily, weekly and monthly)
Practice good cash management – banking, creditors and debtors
Coordinate and supervise sales representatives in the region.
Plan and map out routes for the fleet.
Fleet management of up to 20 trucks and vans.
Develop new business and nurture relationships with stakeholders and customers.
Overall depot management
Qualifications and Experience
At least 5 years’ experience in Logistics and Sales
Extensive experience in team management
At least two A Levels or the equivalent in Mathematics and Science
