Executive Assistant x 2 (M & E And Revenue Generation)

Our Client In The Medical Field Is Looking to Employe Two Executive Assistants. The Incumbents Provide High -Level Administrative And Executive Support To The Chief Executive Officer And Serves As Liaison To The Board Of Directors And Senior Management Team. Presents a Good Image Of The Organization By Professionally Handling Customers, Stakeholders (Internal And External) That Interact With The Ceo And Senior Managers.

Roles And Responsibilities
Provides Executive Support To The Ceo, Manages All Matters That Come To This Office, With High Level Confidentiality And Discretion To Protect Company Reputation And Image.
Handles Information Flow, Coordinates Ceo Planning, Calendar Of Meetings, Organizing Complex Calendars And Schedules, Resolving Any Scheduling Issues.
Develops, Plans And Advises The Management Team On All Ceo’s Activities
Organizes And Prioritizes Critical Issues And Information Requirements For The Ceo To Support And Facilitate Efficient And Effective Decision Making
Liaises And Works Collaboratively With Management Team On Broad Business Matters To Facilitate Line Of Sight On Issues On Behalf Of The Ceo
Provides Oversight And Information Flow On Projects And Group Business Activities Between Ceo And Respective Managers
Manages Sensitive Matters And Decisions With High Level Of Discretion
Tracks Organizational Performances, Business Issues Across The Organization And In The Market Ensuring That The All Relevant Stakeholders Are Advised Of All Critical Matters
Prepares/Drafts Comprehensive Communication Memos, Emails Etc. On Behalf Of The Ceo
Prepares Reports, Researches, Collects And Analyzes Information In Advance To Conserve Ceo’s Time
Organizes And Coordinates Ceo Meetings And Attends To Provide And Note Information, As Required
Supports The Ceo With Complex/Executive Administrative Roles (Schedules, Prioritizes, Organizes Documents, Maintain Records, Notes Taking At Meetings, Etc)
Manages Relations Between Management And Ceo And Is An Integral Part In Connecting Siloed Work Streams
Drives Business Growth Agenda On Behalf Of The Ceo And Ensures That The Business Can Be Fully Funded
Oversees The Implementation Of The Strategy Focusing On Assigned Areas That May Not Have Adequate Human Resources To Implement.

Qualifications and Experience

3+ Years Of Relevant Experience
