Roles And Responsibilities

Work With Plant Personnel To Review Facilities Statistics e.g., Plant Sustainability Data, Operational Excellence Data.
Draw Plant Maps And Other Designs For Use In The Facilities. Generating Pfds, P&Ids And Bfds For The Plant.
Trouble Shoot Problems At The Facilities And Carry Out Management Of Change Processes In Line With Engineering Requirements.
Safety Systems Maintenance Support Such As Process Safety.
Carry Out Process Change Validations.
Document Standard Operating Procedures For The Plant.
Support Facilities And Engineering Through Checklists Development, Follow Up On Effectiveness Systems Support Documents.
 Take Part In Traceability Exercise, Document Traceability Findings, Carry Out Root Cause Analysis And Follow Up.
Carry Out Hazop Studies For The Plant And Engineering Facilities.
Root Cause Analysis For Systems Inefficiencies.
Develop Baseline Risk Assessments, Issue Based Risk Assessments For The Facilities And Plant.
Take Part In Iso Systems – 45001:2018, 9001:2015, 14001:2015 And Iso/Iec17025 Development And Implementation.
Take Part In Iso Systems Auditing With a Clear Demonstration Of Systems Knowledge.
