Key Duties And Responsibilities:
Implement Training Curriculums For New Recruits And Existing Staff
Conduct On-The-Job Training, Workshops, And Simulations To Enhance Skills And Competencies
Keep Abreast Of Industry Best Practices And Technological Advancements To Integrate Into Trainings

Qualifications And Skills:
At Least a Diploma In Training/Education Or Any Other Education Related Program.
Certification In Training And Development Is An Advantage
Proven Experience In Private Security Or Public Security
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills
A Clean Class 4 Drivers' Licence.
Fluency In English, Ndebele And Or Shona And Is An Added Advantage.
Must Be At Least 35 Years Of Age.
