Roles And Responsibilities:
Leads The Interpretation And Implementation Of The Business’s Long And Short-Term Plans In Accordance With The Group Strategy For The Shared Services Unit.
Directs And Oversees The Implementation Of Annual Business Plans For The Business With The Objective Of Increasing Revenue And Profitability.
Reviews And Presents Budgets To The Board For Approval.
Ensures Compliance With All Regulations And Corporate Governance, Management Policies, Internal Controls And Business Processes.
Ensures That There Are Business Synergies And Collaborations Across Departments To Create And Identify Patient And Business Insights For Quality Service Delivery.
Identifies Innovative Products And Services For Development To Grow The Group Portfolio In Conjunction With The Clinical Lead Radiologist.
Raises Brand Awareness To Ensure Customer Retention And Market Share Growth.
Consolidates And Reviews Group Sops, Policies And Protocols To Ensure Compliance And Optimal Stakeholder Relations.
Responsible For Development And Implementation Of Risk Management Strategies In Line With Regulatory Compliance.
Keeps Abreast With Environmental/Industry Trends That May Affect The Business.
Manages And Monitors The Development Of Management Staff For Effective Business Performance.

Qualifications And Experience Required:
Minimum-Bachelor’s Degree In Finance, Accounting, Business Management Or Equivalent.
Master In Business Administration Or Master In Business Leadership Or a Health-Related Post-Graduate Qualification Would Be An Added Advantage
6+ Years Of Relevant Experience
3+ Years At Managerial Levels
