Roles And Responsibilities:
Leads The Interpretation And Implementation Of The Business’s Long And Short-Term Plans In Accordance With The Group Strategy For The Shared Services Unit.
Directs And Oversees The Implementation Of Annual Business Plans For The Business With The Objective Of Increasing Revenue And Profitability.
Reviews And Presents Budgets To The Board For Approval.
Ensures Compliance With All Regulations And Corporate Governance, Management Policies, Internal Controls And Business Processes.
Ensures That There Are Business Synergies And Collaborations Across Departments To Create And Identify Patient And Business Insights For Quality Service Delivery.
Identifies Innovative Products And Services For Development To Grow The Group Portfolio In Conjunction With The Clinical Lead Radiologist.
Raises Brand Awareness To Ensure Customer Retention And Market Share Growth.
Consolidates And Reviews Group Sops, Policies And Protocols To Ensure Compliance And Optimal Stakeholder Relations.
Responsible For Development And Implementation Of Risk Management Strategies In Line With Regulatory Compliance.
Keeps Abreast With Environmental/Industry Trends That May Affect The Business.
Manages And Monitors The Development Of Management Staff For Effective Business Performance.
Qualifications And Experience Required:
Minimum-Bachelor’s Degree In Finance, Accounting, Business Management Or Equivalent.
Master In Business Administration Or Master In Business Leadership Or a Health-Related Post-Graduate Qualification Would Be An Added Advantage
