Our Client In The ICT Sector Is Looking to Employ A Key Account Manager. The Incumbent Is Responsible For The Management Of The Client's Customers That Generate Revenue That Is Sustainable. Provides End To End Key Account Management In Order To Maintain Good Customer Experience, Which Then Enables The Upselling And Cross Selling Of The Client's Products, Services, And Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
 Prepares Sales Plan from the Business Development business plan
 Prepares sales and call cycle plans that align to the business target and route optimization
 Manages high value customers in an allocated portfolio.
 Identifies and recommends Strategic partner product training needs and coordinates the training
event.
 Works with various sections to ensure the support given meets customer requirements
 Prepares and gets customer agreements signed by both parties that enables invoicing and
revenue generation
 Creates cross-selling and upselling opportunities for the client and facilitates ease of access
to new services for quick adoption
Identifies opportunities for the client in the Market to drive acquisitions and revenue growth.
 Ensures customer survey participation in providing insights for product strategy, service
development and other B2B strategies.
 Generates the Sector Sales Performance report to track Actual and Targets Sales
 Outputs a customer engagement report from the sales plan as a measure of contacts conversion
in sales pipeline.
 Provides daily updates of Account Execution as inputs to the DCTA report.
 Develops relationships at all levels within allocated portfolio.

Requirements
6 O levels, 2 A-level school leavers’ certificates, or reasonable equivalent thereof.
Degree Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
At least 4-5 years working experience within Sales, Customer service/Customer Experience
management or Technical Sales Environment.
