Key Responsibilities:
- Drive The Sales Of The Institution’s Financial Products And Services, Including Loans, Savings, And Investment Offerings.
- Design And Execute Effective Sales Strategies And Campaigns Aligned With Business Objectives.
- Collaborate In Setting Sales Goals, Policies, And Performance Budgets.
- Identify And Pursue New Business Opportunities By Engaging Prospective Clients And Forming Strategic Partnerships.
- Lead A Team Responsible For Client Acquisition And Onboarding, Ensuring Optimal Customer Experience.
- Deliver Training, Mentorship, And Motivational Support To Enhance Individual And Team Performance.
- Manage And Track Team Performance Against KPIS, Addressing Gaps And Developing Improvement Plans.
- Compile And Present Sales Performance Reports—Daily, Weekly, Monthly, And Quarterly.
- Maintain Accurate And Confidential Records For Leads, Conversions, And All Stages Of The Sales Funnel.
Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s Degree Or Diploma In Business Related Course
• Excellent Knowledge In Sales And Marketing, Credit Risk Management, Credit Lending
• Relevant Experience In The Banking Sector Will Be An Added Advantage
• Clear Understanding Of The Microfinance Industry Is An Added Advantage
• Good Interpersonal & Communication Skills With Excellent Customer Service
