The Successful Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading The Design, Development, And Implementation Of Critical Business Intelligence Initiatives And Projects That Will Contribute To Strategic Decision-Making Across The Institution. Oversees The Planning Of Projects To Produce Reports And Perform Meaningful Quantitative And Qualitative Analysis Addressing Business Issues Or Questions.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Translate Strategy Into Group Business Intelligence Strategy, Architecture, And Technology Roadmap
• Lead The Development Of Business Intelligence Capability, Champion Usage And Transformation Of ZB Into A Data-Driven Firm
• Translate Business Requirements Into Business Intelligence Solutions, Software, And Technology
• Lead The Development And Implementation Of A Management Information Systems Strategy
• Lead The Definition And Operations Of Data Governance Structure And Processes
• Strategic Planning, Design, Software Development, Implementation, And Operations For Business Intelligence Solutions And Technologies Including Reporting, Analytics, And The Data Lakehouse
• Lead The Introduction Of New Generation Concepts Such As Big Data, Predictive Analytics, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, And Data Science In General
• Budget Planning, Capital Expenditure, And Operations Costs Management
• Lead Staff And Partners In Business Intelligence
• Business Intelligence Development, Implementation of Policy Standards, And Frameworks
• Implementation And Operations Of Digital Security Policy, Procedures, And Systems For Business Intelligence
• Defining And Setting The Service Level Agreements For Business Intelligence To Achieve Business Units Objectives
• Work In A Matrix Structure With Other Managers To Drive Team Objectives
Qualifications
• Minimum-Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics/ Statistics, Technology Related Area, or equivalent.
• Master’s in data science/ Big Data Analytics/ Mathematics / Computer Science or equivalent
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• 2+ years at managerial levels
