Our client in the ICT sector is looking for a Projects Manager to join their team. The incumbent shall be responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control and completion of the project while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities
Plan and implement projects
Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
Define tasks and required resources
Collect and manage project team
Manage budget
Allocate project resources
Create a schedule and project timeline
Track deliverables
Support and direct team
Lead quality assurance
Monitor and report on project progress
Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
Evaluate and assess the result of the project

Experience and Qualifications
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in either business or management
Candidate must have exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills
A project management qualification is an added advantage
Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
Proficiency in project management software tools
A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
