Our client in the Distribution Industry seeks to employ a well experienced Sales Representative. Incumbents must have Manufacturing or Distribution Industry experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
Cash sales collection and submission on time
Managing stock holding and ensuring cash and stocks balance at end of every week
Reporting competitor activities in the marketplace.
Building and maintaining relationships with general traders and shop keepers
include generating unique sales plans, creating engaging advertisements, emails, and promotional literature, developing pricing strategies, and meeting marketing and sales human resource objectives.
Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
Graduate in Marketing & Sales or Business Administration with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a comparable position
Food science qualification would be an added advantage
Fluent in English and Shona
The Ideal Candidates should hold a Class 4 Driver's License
Has own car
Ability to prioritise and organise tasks
Good interpersonal relations with the ability of building solid relationships with all stakeholders
Innovative with a strong desire for achievement
High levels of integrity, and trust
