master's degree (an added advantage)
Financial services sector advantageous

Establish standardized procedures, track outcomes and identify areas of opportunity for future events/activities
Promote culture initiatives and volunteerism
Partner with all departments and levels to ensure a conducive work environment.
Leverage internal and external data to provide deep analysis and insight
Earn trust with key stakeholders across the Group, diving deep into business challenges and partnering on solutions
Managing the engagement strategy
Tracking and managing all engagement metrics
Managing and monitoring the engagement budget
Providing regular reporting on the engagement performance
