The incumbent is to be responsible for Human Resources Planning, Recruitment And Selection as well as knowledge of HRIS is an added advantage.The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. A First Degree in Human Resources Management is required and a Post Graduate Qualification ie Msc/MBA/MBL is considered an added advantage. IPMZ Qualification is a must.
• Payroll administration – Belina payroll
• Designing and implementing performance management and productivity enhancement systems.
• Assist in designing Human Resources information systems
• Identify training and development needs through job analysis
• Reporting regularly on HR metrics
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Maintenance of personnel records .
