Student Training Coordinator

A well-established and reputable organisation is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Student
Training Coordinator. The Student Training Coordinator reports to the Registrar. The incumbent must have the ability to work independently to tight deadlines, multi-task and work under pressure and have strong interpersonal and personal organisational skills. The preferred candidate must have a degree in Business Administration/Management or related discipline and have at least 3 years working experience in administration, public relations and customer care roles. Highly motivated, energetic and self-starters who are able to drive results are encouraged to apply.

Duties and Responsibilities Include
*Administration of the student database.
* Attending to student queries.
* Production of student statistics reports.
* Administration/Liaison with accredited training offices.
* Planning of events/seminars for the department.
* Secretary of committees
