As the Maintenance and Mechanical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all installation, repair and upkeep of the plant. Your duties will include developing and cooridinating a preventative maintenance schedule along with organizing and prioritizing repair activities.

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Mechanical Engineering or Maintenance related field or equivalent experience
3+ years of Maintenance/Mechanical or similar experience within a mining industry
Experience in preventative maintenance programs
Excellent organizational, prioritization and leadership abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
An understanding of the participative team management style including goal setting and alignment, team building, conflict management and problem-solving
Familiarity with mine site safety rules and regulations (MSHA)
Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather (heat, cold, rain) for extended hours including entire shifts
