A Well Established Microfinance Organisation Is Looking To Engage Two Young Vibrant And Confident Individuals To Join Their Team In The Loans Department based in Harare and Bulawayo. The Incumbents Should Be Recent Graduates, Must Have A Zeal To Learn And Have The Ability To Quickly Master New Concepts.
The Duties Of This Role Include:
*Customer Service Support,
*Processing Loans and Collecting required documentation,
*Conducting Background Checks,
*Credit Vettings and Loan Disbursements.
*Reviewing and updating credit and loan files.
*Reviewing loan agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policy.
*Negotiating payment arrangements with customers who have delinquent loans.
Applicants Must-Have A Banking And Finance Degree or A Marketing Degree And At Least One Year Experience In A Microfinance Organisation Or A Corporate.
