Our client in the Agricultural Industry is looking to hire a Stores Manager. Candidates with exceptional organizational and analytical skills who have a minimum of two years experience in stocking, shipping, logistics or related fields are invited to apply for this position. Incumbent must hold a Bachelor Degree in Accounting or a Diploma in Purchasing and Supply/IT or any Related qualification suitable for inventory management. Candidate must have knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Pastel. Previous experience in inventory management and the ability to manage a team is a must. Previous experience with Pastel Evolution in the FMCG/Agricultural sector will be an added advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
-Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports of stock levels
-Supervision of stores clerks & assistants
-Processing and reconciling all inventory movements in Pastel Evolution
-Monitoring of inventory and materials and reporting on key issues
-Organising and coordinating stock counts
-Loss control in inventory
