Our client, a leading player in the medical industry, is looking for a qualified individual to join their team as a Credit Controller. Candidates must have an Accounting or Finance Degree, a Diploma in Credit Management and at least 3 years experience in a similar role. ACCA or CIS will be an added advantage.
Duties for this role include:
- Checking credit ratings for all clients/ customers
- Client account reconciliations
- Following up on outstanding payments
- Negotiating repayment terms with clients
- Timely and effective collection of customer debts
- Resolving customer queries on outstanding payments
- Providing account information and reports to the relevant authorities
