Role Overview
To drive revenue growth for the Technical Division by managing the full sales cycle end-to-end – from
identifying new business opportunities, through quoting and proposal development, to closing deals,
securing maintenance contracts and SLAs, and providing after-sales support that keeps clients satisfied
and returning.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the Technical Division.
• Quoting and proposals: Prepare accurate, competitive quotations and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) in
close collaboration with the technical team, ensuring every proposal meets client requirements
before submission.
• Sales closure: Manage the sales process through to closure, including securing maintenance
contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• After-sales support: Visit client sites within 5 days of installation to verify systems are working
correctly, obtain client satisfaction sign-off, and resolve any issues to promote client retention and
repeat business.
Requirements
• Knowledge of electronics and strong technical product knowledge (security and related systems).
• Quick learner, able to master new products and technologies rapidly.
• Proven sales ability with strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working to targets and KPIs.
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to client sites.
