Our client specializing in the buying and selling of foreign currency in line with RBZ regulations, is seeking to recruit a skilled Foreign Exchange Dealer to strengthen their operations. Incumbent should be able to facilitate foreign exchange transactions, execute cross-currency trades, and process international payments in compliance with RBZ regulations, while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the buying and selling of foreign currency in line with RBZ prescribed exchange rates.
- Execute cross-currency transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Process international payments for Money Transfer Agent (MTA) purposes within RBZ regulatory limits.
- Ensure all foreign exchange transactions meet assigned performance targets.
- Engage with clients effectively, building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Ensure strict adherence to RBZ guidelines, including compliance with set limits and exchange rates.
- Generate daily reports for all foreign exchange transactions.
Minimum Requirements:
- Commercial degree.
- ACI dealing certificate (an added advantage).
- MBA (an added advantage).
- Ability to travel locally and internationally.
