Duties And Responsibilities
Monitor, Maintain, And Troubleshoot LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi While Configuring Devices, Managing Accounts, And Implementing Security Measures.
Provide Technical Support, Troubleshoot Issues, Install And Configure Applications, Manage Licenses, And Coordinate Vendor Maintenance.
Collect And Analyze It Data, Prepare Reports, And Provide Insights To Support Decision-Making.
Identify And Assess Risks, Implement Mitigation Strategies, And Conduct Audits And Vulnerability Assessments.
Contribute To System Upgrades, Software Implementations, And Network Expansions While Managing Timelines And Deliverables. Develop Documentation, Create Training Materials, And Communicate It Updates Through Digital Platforms.

Experiences And Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or a Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working As An It Officer Or In a Related Technical Support Role.
Proven Experience In Network Administration, Including Configuring And Managing Network Devices.
Strong Understanding Of Computer Hardware And Software Troubleshooting
