A premier property group is seeking experienced and dynamic Rental Agents to join their Harare team. This role is designed for professionals who excel in managing diverse property portfolios and are committed to delivering exceptional services to clients. Applicants Must have their own vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage a comprehensive portfolio of residential and commercial rental properties.
- Tenant Sourcing: Proactively source, vet, and secure high-quality tenants to minimise vacancy rates.
- Lifecycle Management: Manage the full rental lifecycle, from lease agreements and rent collection to property inspections and renewals.
- Property Maintenance: Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure all properties are maintained to the highest standards.
- Compliance: Ensure all operations strictly adhere to local landlord-tenant laws and regulations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: A Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field
- Experience: Proven background in residential and/or commercial rental management.
- Legal Knowledge: Deep understanding of Zimbabwean landlord-tenant laws.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask; exceptional verbal and written communication.
- Attitude: A high degree of integrity and a results-oriented mindset focused on client satisfaction.
