Project Administration Officer

Our Client Is Looking To Hire a Project Administration Officer. The Incumbent Shall Provide Comprehensive Support For Day-To-Day Administrative And Operational Functions To Ensure Smooth Project Execution. The Role Is Responsible For Maintaining Efficient Office Systems, Coordinating Logistics, And Supporting Procurement And Hr Processes. By Managing Documentation, Records, And Communication Channels, The Project Administration Officer Ensures That The Team Has The Resources And Organizational Support Needed To Deliver Projects Effectively And On Schedule. This Position Plays a Key Role In Streamlining Operations, Enhancing Efficiency, And Enabling Successful Programme Delivery.

Duties And Responsibilities
Manage Office Operations And Logistics.
Coordinate Meetings, Travel, And Documentation.
Support Procurement And Hr Processes.
Maintain Records And Filing Systems.

Qualifications And Experience
Diploma/Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field.
3–5 Years’ Experience In Administrative Roles.
