Our Client In The Retail Industry Is Looking To Hire A Branch Manager To Join Their Team. Incumbent Will Be Responsible For Managing And Monitoring Production KPI’s To Ensure That The Company Achieves Its Quality And Delivery Targets. Incumbent Must Have Wholesale Retail Experience In The Manicaland Region.

The Various Duties Are, Among Other Things:
Branch Brand Compliance.
Manage Day To Day Operations And Planning For The Branch.
Ordering Stock From Central Warehouse And Optimizing Stock Holding At Branch.
Inventory Management And Internal Controls Compliance Including Periodic Stock Taking.
Cash And Banking Management.
Responsible For The Branch Targets i.e., Sales, Gross Profit, And Profitability.
Drive Employee Performance To Optimum Levels Including Training And Shift Scheduling.
Customer Relationship Management.
Branch Reporting i.e., Sales, Market Trends, Price Comparisons, Overheads Analysis.

Qualifications And Experience:
Proven Branch Management Experience
Sufficient Knowledge Of Modern Management Techniques And Best Practices.
Ability To Meet Sales Targets And Production Goals.
Familiarity With Industry’s Rules And Regulations.
Excellent Organizational Skills.
Results Driven And Customer Focused.
Leadership And Human Resources Management Skills.
Bs In Business Administration Or Related Field.
