A Gold Mining Operation is on the market for a General Manager to lead and direct operations at one of their Mining Sites, Applicants Must hold a Full Blasting Certificate ( Zimbabwe), a qualification in Metallurgy or Process/Mine Engineering.
The Role
Reporting to the CEO the successful candidate will co-ordinate and ensure the effective use of all resources to achieve the overall operations and strategic direction. Technical knowledge combined with entrepreneurial drive will ensure progression and development of in this role,
Suitable Applicants will have 10 - 15 years experience in the mining sector working with various mining methods. Knowledge of management, mine planning and analysis, financial management and senior project management would also be a minimum requirement.
Your key duties will include
