Planning, Designing And Evaluating New Drainage Systems For The Estate.
Planning The Repair And Maintenance Of The Existing Drainage Systems
Advising And Coordinating Designs Of Bulk Water Supply Structures And Drainage Systems When Requested.
Advising And Coordination Of Construction Of Water Supply Systems For Community Irrigation And Domestic Water Supply As Requested
Crafting Of Sops For Irrigation And Drainage Designing Construction, Operation And Maintenance.
Controlling And Managing The Department’s Costs In Line With The Set Department’ Budget.
Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Land And Water Resources Management, Honors Degree In Agriculture Engineering With Specializations In Irrigation Or Any Other Relevant Qualification Equivalent.
A Master’s Degree Is An Added Distinctive Advantage.
A Professional Certificate In Water Engineering Will Be An Added Advantage.
A Minimum Of 5 Years’ Experience In Designing And Maintenance Of Irrigation Systems In Sugarcane Growing Environment At Management Level Is Required.
Leadership, Budgeting And Managerial Skills Are a Requirement.
