Overseeing The Productivity Of All Products.
Ensure That The Sales Team Is Kept Motivated By Addressing Sales Reps Issues And Ensuring That Their Tools Of Trade Are In Place And Are Working Properly.
Periodically Going Into The Field With Sales Reps To Conduct Market Audits
Prepare The Sales Team Daily To Get Into The Market With Adequate Stock To Maneuver In The Market.
Monitoring The Sales Team By Checking Their Paperwork And Updating Their Price Lists Accordingly.
Calculate And Confirm Sales Reps Weekly Commissions Timeously.
Compile a Daily, Weekly And Monthly Report, For The Directors.
Reconcile Stock With The Assistance Of The Accounts/ Stores And Logistics Department.
Play The Human Resources Function Of Recruiting, Selecting And Training New Recruits With The Assistance Of The HR Department.
Address And Resolve Client Queries.
Ensure The Smooth Adherence To The Drafted Sales Procedures.
Constant Monitoring Of Rejections & Drops List
Initiating And Handling Product Retrievals On Failed Clients.
Liaising With The Administration Department Regarding Any Issues Arising From Failed Sales Entered In Fincon.
