Our Client In The Financial Services Sector Is Looking To Hire a Some Seasoned Corporate Administartors.The Incumbents Shall Ensure The Smooth Operation Of The Organisation’s Internal Processes And Compliance With Legal And Regulatory Requirements. 

Duties And Responaibilities
Liaising With Clients, Including Submitting Board Packs To Board Of Directors
Drafting Resolutions, Minutes Of Meetings, Agreements
Liaising With Banks, Other Financial Institutions / Service Providers
Processing Bank Transactions
Reviewing Transactions, Agreements, Supporting Documents
Conducting Relevant Compliance Reporting / Checks
Ensuring Clients Adhere To The Relevant Laws And Regulations
Other Company Secretarial And Administration Work

Qualifications And Experience:
Holder Of a Degree (Minimum 2:1) In Management / Finance / Law
Experience: 0 To 2 Years
Excellent Communication Skills (Written And Oral)
