The Merchandising Administrator Will Be Responsible For The Efficient Handling Of Reports And Help To Improve The Productivity Of The Supervision And Merchandising Department. This Important Position Will Contribute To The Quality Of Reporting.

Responsibilities Will Entail: -

# Collating And Submitting Daily Supervisor Reports
# Preparing Weekly Reports On Near Dated Stock, Out Of Stock, Expired Stock And Supervisor Weekly Collage.
# To Prepare And Submit Monthly Principal Price Surveys And Monthly Sales Reports By Merchandising Cluster
# Compiling Monthly Price Comparisons
# Preparing Monthly Payroll Input For The Department
# Recording Minutes For Divisional Meetings
# Verify And Submit Monthly Supervisor Expense Claims.
# Consolidating Promotional Checklists For Sales Managers.
# Administration Of Merchandisers Leave And Contract Forms.
# Administration Of Merchandiser Uniforms
# General Office Clerical Work i.e Photocopying And Printing All Documents As Per Supervisors’ Request, As Well As Filing.
# Point Of Sale Material Management
