Incumbent Will Be Responsible For The Management Of Clinical Issues Including The Delivery Of Quality Standards To All Stakeholders At All The Company's Facilities. Incumbent Must Ensure Compliance With Legal Requirements Form Professional Councils And The Company's Code Of Conduct. The Ideal Candidate Must Have Previous Experience As A Nurse Manager And Has A Nursing Background.

Duties And Responsibilities:
# Oversee Daily Management And Booking Of Patients For Procedures.
# Assist With The Identification Of Consumables, Equipment, And Any Other Items Necessary For The Delivery Of Care At The Facility.
# Work With Clinical Staff And Identify Knowledge Gaps In Order To Organize/Conduct Training.
# Organize The Nursing Leave Calendar (Annual, Study, Maternity, And Sick Leave). T
# Assist With The Disciplinary Chain And Over-See Nursing Issues When Their Behaviour Affects Service Delivery.
# Monitor Budgets And Prepare Reports
# Maintain Medical And Staff Records
# Track Medical And Office Supplies Stock
# Update Patient Health Records, Including Admissions And Insurance Data
# Create Work Schedules For Staff Members
# Keep Records Of Expenses And Suggest Ways To Minimize Costs
# Answer Queries From Doctors, Nurses And Patients
# Liaise With Medical Staff To Identify Efficiencies In The Facility’s Operations
# Ensure Compliance With Current Healthcare Regulations

Qualifications And Experience:
# Degree/Diploma In General Nursing / Bs Degree In Healthcare Administration
# 7 Years Post Qualification Experience, 2 Of Which Are At Managerial Level.
# A Minimum Of 5 Years Working Experience As A Nurse Manager
# Experience With Administrative And Accounting Procedures
# Familiarity With Databases And Spreadsheets (Especially Ms Excel)
# Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills
# Communication Skills With a Problem-Solving Attitude
