Key Duties And Responsibilities:
Develop And Implement Training Programs And Calendar That Align With Business Objectives.
Identify Training Needs And Develop Customized Training Solutions.
Facilitate Staff Training And Development Sessions And Workshops.
Evaluate The Effectiveness Of Training Programs And Make Recommendations For Improvement.
Stay Up To Date With The Latest Training Trends And Best Practices.
Oversee All Training Officers & Training School Support Staff.

Qualifications And Skills:
•At Least 4 Years’ Experience In a Similar Role Or Industry.
•Degree In Business Studies Or Equivalent Will Be An Added Advantage
•Professional Certificate In Training Development.
•Good Facilitation Skills.
•Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
•Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills.
•A Clean Class 4 Drivers Licence.
•Fluent In Both Spoken And Written English.
