Our Client In The Financial Services Industry Is Looking To Hire a Seasoned Finance Manager. The Incumbent Is Responsible For Leading Day-To-Day Accounting Operations, With Functional Responsibility For Accounting, Accounts Payable, And Payroll, Drafting Financial Plans, Approving Budgets And Analyzing Everyday Financial Activities And Subsequently Providing Advice And Guidance To Upper Management. Ideal Candidate Must Be A Recently Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAZ).

Key Responsibilities:
 Provide Financial Reports And Interpret Financial Information To Managerial Staff While
Recommending Further Courses Of Action
 Provide Direct Supervision And Oversight To Personnel Responsible For Accounts Payable And
Accounts Receivable,
 Manage The Preparation Of The Company’s Budget
 Analyze Costs, Pricing, Variable Contributions, Sales Results And The Company’s Actual Performance
Compared To The Business Plans
 Conduct Reviews And Evaluations For Cost-Reduction Opportunities
 Manage The Company's Financial Accounting, Monitoring, And Reporting Systems
 Monitor Day To Day Financial Operations Such As Invoicing, Payroll And Other Transactions
 Ensure Compliance With Accounting Policies And Regulatory Requirements
 Recommend And Report Upon Benchmarks Against Which To Measure Organizational Performance
And Design Frameworks For These To Be Met.
 Coordinate The Preparation Of Financial Information In The Corporate Annual Report.
 Compliance With Iso27001 Standards In-Line With Data & Information Handling.

Qualifications, Skills And Experience Required:
 Bachelors Degree In Finance Or Accounting.
 Proven Work Experience (8 Years) In Accounting Or Financial Analysis
 A Professional Accounting Qualification Is A Requirement
 Ability To Manage, Lead And Guide Employees To Ensure Appropriate Financial Processes Are Being
Used.
 Experience Gathering, Evaluating, Presenting, And Reporting Financial Information To Management,
 Sound Knowledge Of Excel, Powerpoint And Financial Reporting Tools
 Strong Interpersonal, Communication And Excellent Presentation Skills.
