Reporting To The Assistant Sales Manager ,The Position Will Be Responsible For:
Handling Client Inquires Over Phone, By Email And Chat Platforms According To Set Standards And Turnarounds Times
Receiving And Logging In Clients Related Issues On The Phone And Route Calls/Contacts To The Appropriate Resources
Retrieving Required Information Using Available Resources To Resolve Client Concerns
Providing Clients With Accurate Service And/ Or Product Information
Identify And Escalating Priority Issues Affecting Service Delivery To Clients And Immediately Report And Service Challenges Being Faced By Clients
Qualifications And Experience
Marketing Or Sales Qualification
Experience In Handling A High- Pressure Call Centre
Ability To Grasp Complex Medical Aid Systems In Short Space Of Time
Must Be Computer Literate With Expectational Telephone Etiquette
Medical Aid Background Is An Added Advantage
Flexible To Work Day And Night Shift On Rotation
