A well-established FMCG Manufacturing Organisation is looking for An Accounts Clerk to join their team in Mutare. The ideal candidate must be an Accounting Graduate with at least 2 years industry experience. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Accountant. Incumbent must have Degree/ Higher National Diploma in Accounting or any related financial qualification, excellent computer skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Key responsibilities
• Providing accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
• Maintaining and reconciling cashbooks to bank statements.
• Typing, preparing, filing, and maintaining payment documents and records.
• Preparing bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements.
• Printing and filing of month end reports.
• Processing of receipts and payments into Sage 1000 including capturing bank
statements.
• General Ledger analysis for tax purposes, i.e. VAT and Income Tax.
• Preparing loan reconciliations.
• Requesting bank statements from banks.
