Our Client is looking at engaging an Operations Pharmacist to report to the Country Manager and be involved with their Zimbabwean healthcare entities in the supply of pharmaceuticals, medical consumables, consumer health, medical equipment and related products and services.
The incumbent shall be responsible for overseeing and managing the day to day operations of the company's tender, supply chain and business development functions by ensuring that they run smoothly and efficiently so as to achieve the company's strategic objectives and meeting of the stakeholder's expectations.
Qualifications Include:
# Minimum of a Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree or the equivalent. (Must be registered and licensed with Pharmacy Council of Zimbabwe
# Master's in Supply Chain Management/Masters in Business Administration/Masters in Strategic Management or the equivalent is desirable.
# Minimum of 5 years working experience in a pharmaceutical or medical related environment sector with sound appreciation of strategic business operations including tenders, supply chain and business development.
# Excellent organizational, planning and multi-tasking skills and team player.
# Ability to work productively in a high pressure environment and adhere to the set standards and deadlines.
