Graduate Trainee-Business Development & Marketing

Our Client In The Financial Services Sector is Looking To Fill The Graduate Trainee Role. The Incumbent Should Have A Degree In Business /Marketing And 1 Year In A Similar Role.

Duties & Responsibilities
Conducts pitches for existing and new clients of the products and services on offer.
Persuades clients on embarking their products and services through marketing and sales promotional modes (emails, calls, client visits, etc.)
Visits new and existing clients to grow the market base.
Offers any promotional offers to clients so as to engage them and maintain loyalty to their products and services.
Achieves sales and marketing targets that have been set
Elicits feedback from customers, and influences strategies to help the organization serve the clientele more effectively.
Plans for client visits both new and existing
Develops and enhances customer relationships at all levels both within the company and with external clients.
Provides feedback to the Business Development Manager of the products and services satisfaction levels from the client(s)
The incumbent is also responsible for manning our toll free / WhatsApp number giving clients necessary feedback on a daily basis
Ensures clients’ loans are processed to avoid disgruntled clients
Administers online loan applications done via emails
Reviews the client’s feedback on the loan processing time to increase efficiency
Remains abreast with technology, client business changes and what is being demanded by society to offer client updates on the need to take up financing at adequate times
Does follow ups on clients’ loan application and provides feedback on any bottlenecks or delays
Provides feedback in the form of a report on key issues of concern regarding changes in customer’s tastes and preferences.
Prepares daily, weekly and monthly input for management
Receives and actions loan applications submitted by Field Agents and records them in the Field Agents Loan Register. As and when necessary.
Ensures reports are submitted timeously.
Drafts and files all reports, complaints, queries for all account holders
Submits performance management forms as requested
Responds to all forms of correspondence and communication from account holders as prompt as possible
5Offers clients tickets after filing complaints and do a follow up if complaints were attended to promptly.
Assists in the front office when based at the office as and when required to
