The Incumbent Shall Be Responsible For Preventive And Reactive Maintenace In Charge Of Electrical And Mechanical Teams With Accountability For Ensuring Up Time And Plant Reliability. Reports To The Manufacturing Executive.
Duties And Responsibilities
Developing Maintenance Procedures And Ensuring Implementation
Checking Electrical To Ensure Functionality
Plan And Oversee All Repair And Installation Activities
Allocate Workload And Supervise Upkeep Staff
Monitor Equipment Inventory And Place Orders When Necessary
Monitor Expenses And Control The Budget For Maintenance
Manage Relationships With Contractors And Service Providers
Keep Maintenance Logs And Report On Daily Activities
Ensure Health And Safety Policies Are Complied With
Deliver Equipment Reliability Through Vendor Based Maintenance Solutions And Predictive / Condition Monitoring Systems
Ensure The Reliability And Uptime Of Pilot Plant Equipment And Facilities Through Supervision Of Maintenance Technicians And Facility Engineers, Planning, Implementation And Oversight Of Preventive Maintenance And Reliability Programs, Coordination Of Shutdown Activities, Procurement Of Capital Spares
Qualifications And Experience
Proven Experience As Maintenance Manager Or Other Managerial Role
Bs Degree In An Engineering Or Technical Area With At Least 5 Years' Experience
Experience In a Minimum Of Two Different Positions In a Manufacturing Environment With At Least 2 Years In Each Position
Demonstrated Leadership Experience In Managing Large Projects, Managing Efficiency And Effectiveness Of Assets And Team
Demonstrated Capability To Manage And Streamline Multiple Priorities And Stakeholders
