Duties And Responsibilities
Present Monthly Tracker Reports On Areas That May Need Attention And The Proposed Timelines
Assist The Operations In The Process Of Building a Workable Environment
Compiles Activities That Cause Shrinkage To Determine Real-Time Resource Availability.
Facilities Inspection And Checking For Correct Operations Of Most Equipment And Services With Emphasis On Tracking Performances And Trends Of Functionality
Adhering To Iso 27001 Isms Physical And Logical Controls Even When Dealing With Vendors, Third Party, Contractors Etc
Scheduling And Tracking Routine Maintenance Checks
Monitor Operations Activity ( Reparations, Servicing, Purchases, Protecting Facilities And Reports On Gaps Identified For Corrective Action
Assist With Special Projects Related To Office Facilities, Including Office Construction And Refurbishments And Vendor Biding Processes.
Maintain And Update Fire Safety Policy As Well As Hse Policies Which Are To Be Communicated To Staff And New Employees, Interns At All Times.
Ensure That Basic Facilities, Such As Water, Sewer And Waste Are Well Maintained

Qualifications And Experience
6 O Levels And 2 A Level Passes
Higher National Diploma Or Degree In Facilities, Property Management Or Civil Engineering
3+ Years Working Experience In a Facilities Coordination Role
Knowledge Of Iso27001 Is An Added Advantage
Ability To Draft Reports, And Coordinate Teams
