The Incumbent Shall Ensure That Board Meetings Are Run Effectively, Risks in the Group Are Managed Efficiently, Gold Is Deposited Safely at the Required Centers, Csir Department Complies to Its Policy and Plans for the Year and Ad-Hoc Requirements Are Completed on Time.
Description Of Key Result Areas and Tasks
1. Corporate Governance
Prepares And Coordinates Board and Committee Meeting Dates for the Group.
Manages Board and Committee Pack Report Planning.
Preparation Of Board and Committee Minutes.
Facilitate Payment of Board and Committee Fees.
2. Gold Management
Oversee And Manage The Transportation Of Gold From The Mine To Harare And To The Buyer.
Manages Bullion Box Administration.
Ensures Appropriate Checks and Balances and Records Are Kept on Sites According to Gold Trade Act.
3. Risk Management
Champions Risk Management
Designs And Implements an Overall Risk Management Process for The Organization
Prepares And Monitors the Risk Registers for the Company
Identifies Financial, Technical, Project, Engineering, Safety or Security Risks That the Organization May Face.
Performs Risk Evaluation, Which Assesses the Way the Company Previously Handled Risks.
4. Public Relations
Interface With Shareholders and Board Members as Per Executive Direction.
Interface With Government Bodies, Banks Etc. As Per Executive Direction.
Education
Undergraduate University Degree and Possession of a Degree in Engineering and Finance Will Be Beneficial
Possession Of a Mba or Studying Towards One Will Be an Added Advantage.
Experience
At Least 1-2 Years Working Experience in An Entry Level Managerial Position
