Our Client In The Manufacturing Industry Is Looking For A Temporary Receptionist.

Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting To The Human Resources Officer And Executive Personal Assistant, The Receptionist Will, Inter Alia Be Responsible For:
Receiving And Relaying All Incoming Calls To The Right Extensions.
Attending To Guests And Visitors And Directing Them To The Relevant Officials Or Departments.
Ensuring That The Reception Area Is Always Clean.
Reporting All Faults To The Service Provider.
Registering All Calls Made From The Telephone In The Calls Register Provided.
Receiving Incoming Mail.
 
Experience and Qualifications
The Ideal Applicant Should Possess The Following Minimum Qualifications And Attributes:
At Least 5 “O” Levels Including English And Maths.  
Diploma In Secretarial Studies, Office Administration Or Equivalent.
6 Months’ Experience As a Receptionist.
Good Planning, Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Proven Ability To Work Under Pressure.
Well Groomed, Organized And Pleasant Personality.
Should Be Conversant With Excel, PowerPoint And Other Microsoft Packages.
