Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting To The Human Resources Officer And Executive Personal Assistant, The Receptionist Will, Inter Alia Be Responsible For:
Receiving And Relaying All Incoming Calls To The Right Extensions.
Attending To Guests And Visitors And Directing Them To The Relevant Officials Or Departments.
Ensuring That The Reception Area Is Always Clean.
Reporting All Faults To The Service Provider.
Registering All Calls Made From The Telephone In The Calls Register Provided.
Receiving Incoming Mail.
Experience and Qualifications
The Ideal Applicant Should Possess The Following Minimum Qualifications And Attributes:
At Least 5 “O” Levels Including English And Maths.
Diploma In Secretarial Studies, Office Administration Or Equivalent.
6 Months’ Experience As a Receptionist.
Good Planning, Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Proven Ability To Work Under Pressure.
Well Groomed, Organized And Pleasant Personality.
Should Be Conversant With Excel, PowerPoint And Other Microsoft Packages.
