ADMINISTRATOR – Bulawayo (x1)

Reporting to the GM Health Facilities, the position will be responsible for the following duties:

Ø Managing hospital administration and cleanliness

Ø Ensuring operation of all hospital equipment

Ø Preventative maintenance requirements, repairs and office and hospital equipment inventories

Ø Stock inventory for office and hospital supplies

Ø Anticipating, placing and expediting orders for needed office and hospital supplies

Ø Verifying receipt of office and hospital supplies

Ø Administering and following up on office and hospital documents

Ø Monthly reports

Ø Building and maintaining a positive public image on behalf of the organisation, through Public Relations and Marketing.

Education and Experience

Ø Business related degree.

Ø At least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area

Ø Proven administration experience. Experience in a health related company is an added advantage.

Ø Clinical skill/ Nursing background is a distinct advantage.

Ø Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Ø Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Ø Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ø Strong organizational and planning skills

Ø Results oriented

Ø Proficient in MS Office
