A well-established company in the manufacturing industry is looking to engage an energetic Sales Representative to join their team.

Main Responsibilities:

Manage sales accounts in the Northeast Harare region
Develop sales according to the Company strategy and guidelines
Acquire a deep market knowledge: customers/end-users needs, solutions offered by the different stake-holders
Propose marketing initiatives to answer to customers’ needs and strengthen the market position
Secure a synergetic approach with close support from the Baking Center and develop new specific solutions in response to the customers’ requirement
Manage customers debts in accordance with the Company policy and agreed terms

Person Specification
Graduate in Marketing & Sales or Business Administration with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a comparable position
Food science qualification would be an added advantage
Fluent in English, Shona and Ndebele
Clean Class-4 drivers’ licence
Self-managing abilities
Ability to prioritise and organise tasks
Good interpersonal relations with the ability of building solid relationships with all stakeholders
Innovative with a strong desire for achievement
High levels of integrity, and trust
Self-motivated, diplomatic, energetic, strong ability to convince
