A well-established company in the manufacturing industry is looking to engage an energetic Sales Representative to join their team.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage sales accounts in the Northeast Harare region
Develop sales according to the Company strategy and guidelines
Acquire a deep market knowledge: customers/end-users needs, solutions offered by the different stake-holders
Propose marketing initiatives to answer to customers’ needs and strengthen the market position
Secure a synergetic approach with close support from the Baking Center and develop new specific solutions in response to the customers’ requirement
Manage customers debts in accordance with the Company policy and agreed terms
Person Specification
Graduate in Marketing & Sales or Business Administration with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a comparable position
Food science qualification would be an added advantage
Fluent in English, Shona and Ndebele
Clean Class-4 drivers’ licence
Self-managing abilities
Ability to prioritise and organise tasks
Good interpersonal relations with the ability of building solid relationships with all stakeholders
Innovative with a strong desire for achievement
High levels of integrity, and trust
Self-motivated, diplomatic, energetic, strong ability to convince
