Our Client In The Retail/ FMCG Industry Is Looking For A Training Officer To Join Their Team. This Role Reports Directly To The Human Resources Executive. The Ideal Applicant Should Possess A Relevant First Degree, At least 3 years 0f Proven Working Experience As A Retail/Wholesale Training Officer. A Post Graduate Qualification Is An Added Advantage. A Professional Qualification- IPMZ Is A Must.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Correct employee onboarding and orientation into the organization and drive holistic culture agenda.
• Designing and assessing Training Programs.
• Delivering and overseeing the training of individuals or group of employees.
• Implementing identified training needs and evaluating return on investment and training effectiveness,
• Liaising with Managers and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs.
• Monitoring Performance Management systems.
• Conduct Job Evaluation Surveys.
• Define Graduate Trainee programme and manage end to end.
• Monitor performance management systems and ensure 100% availability of IPA’s, Scorecards and assessments.
• Manage the training hub and ensure proper accountability and security of all assets.
• Drive Customer Service Initiative.
